Install Notes:

• Ubuntu Breezy 5.10 (Pkg state)
• Apache-tomcat-5.5.x
• Install mysql-client-4.1, mysql-server-4.1
• Install RFS (Java core w/ source) in Tomcat webapps
• Build MySQL database for RFS (ROOT/sql/build.txt)
• Assume Tomcat stand-a-lone on 8082... Apache conf:

      ### tomcat!!!
      ProxyPass /foo http://localhost:8082/
      ProxyPassReverse /foo http://localhost:8082/
  

• Install Need2Talk Doc Root under Apache (Note: This contains MamboV4.5.2.3-stable see: 00README-mambo.txt)
• Install support databases (mambo_dev,mambo-prd,chat,n2t)
